
Kelsey Condon is Policy Counsel for Climate Finance at AFR/AFREF, where they work to address systemic climate-related financial risk in the banking and insurance sectors. Before joining the organization, Kelsey worked with Ceres on similar policy issues, with a focus on federal regulation. They also worked as an Associate Attorney at the whistleblower law firm Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, representing whistleblowers in administrative actions and litigation under the False Claims Act and environmental/wildlife, anti-corruption, and securities laws. Kelsey holds a BS in Environmental Science from Northeastern University and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law. They are a member of the DC Bar.
