Americans for Financial Reform joined other organizations arguing that working families deserve secure and adequate retirement income in a letter urging members of Congress to reject H.R. 6084, the ERISA Litigation Reform Act. This bill would make it harder for workers and retirees to hold retirement plan fiduciaries accountable for mismanagement and excessive fees.
