Letters to Regulators: Comments on FDIC RFI on standard setting for fintechs

AFR Education Fund and Demand Progress submitted comments on the FDIC’s RFI on Standard Setting and Voluntary Certification for Models and Third-Party Providers of Technology and Other Services urging the FDIC not to delegate its core functions and consider the consumer protection, privacy, civil rights, and disparate impact concerns raised by digital banking activities without regulation and oversight.
