America HQ, San Francisco. We’ll rally at corner of Kearny &
California. A New Way Forward will prepare motions for public
approval.
- June 23 – United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America will hold 20 events across the country at which workers from Quad City Die Casting and their allies will demand that $25 billion-TARP recipient Wells Fargo not shut down their company and put them out of work.
- Late June – ACORN will hold events in 20 cities calling on the entire financial industry to modify loans to affordable terms to prevent foreclosures, and naming the industry players who have not agreed to do so yet.
- July 15 – National People’s Action will hold a community meeting with the Federal Reserve in Buffalo, NY
- July 21 – National People’s Action will hold a community meeting with the Federal Reserve in Cincinnati, OH
