AFR Statement on Efforts to Roll Back CFPB Rule:

“Rolling back the new rule banning forced arbitration would strip consumers of their constitutional right to hold lawbreakers accountable in court,” said Lisa Donner, executive director of Americans for Financial Reform. “Restoring consumer rights is not a matter of Republican vs. Democrat, it is big guy vs. little guy. We expect that every member of Congress who wants to be able to look a Wells Fargo customer in the eye will stand up to this cynical repeal effort.”
